# Saut Najdi (صوت نجدي) > Saut Najdi is a Saudi AI voice agent that answers your customers in the dialect they understand — Najdi, Hijazi, Levantine, in Arabic or English — with your human employee able to take over any call with full context. Saut Najdi is a hybrid AI + human platform for inbound customer conversations in Saudi Arabia. It answers inbound phone calls and messages across WhatsApp Business, Telegram, website chat, SMS and email, acts on what the customer wants, and escalates to a named human employee — carrying the full transcript, an Arabic summary and the caller's history — the moment a person should handle it. It is vertical-agnostic, with ready-made agent templates for clinics and hospitals, restaurants, hotels, real estate and retail. - Product: Saut Najdi / صوت نجدي - Made by: Najdi AI, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Saut Najdi is one of Najdi AI's products; najdiai.com is the parent company's own site, not a mirror of this one. - Website: https://sautnajdi.ai — Arabic is the primary language and lives at the root; English lives under /en. - Existing-customer dashboard: https://app.najdiai.com - Contact: ai@sautnajdi.ai - Arabic edition of this file: https://sautnajdi.ai/llms-ar.txt - Last reviewed: 2026-09-27 ## What Saut Najdi does - **Answers inbound calls in Saudi dialect.** A realtime speech to AI to speech pipeline built on Saudi Arabic from the ground up — not a foreign product translated afterwards. - **Lets the caller interrupt.** If a caller talks over the agent mid-sentence the agent stops instantly and listens, the way a human receptionist does. Booking codes and numbers are read back digit by digit in Arabic so they can actually be written down. - **Acts, not just talks.** Checks availability and books appointments, records order and enquiry details, saves caller preferences, and logs after-hours callback requests with the caller's preferred time. - **Remembers returning callers.** Cross-call memory per business: regulars are greeted by name, and their previous bookings and preferences are in front of the agent and of whichever employee takes the call over. - **Hands over to a human with the whole conversation attached.** Escalation is rule-driven, not improvised: an explicit request for a human transfers immediately, and frustration or a question that keeps going unresolved escalates too. The employee receives the escalation reason, the full transcript, a clear Arabic summary, and the customer's history. - **Live supervision.** Staff watch calls as they happen from the dashboard and can listen in, whisper a correction the caller never hears, or take the call over outright. - **Text channels in one team inbox.** WhatsApp Business, Telegram, an embeddable website chat widget, SMS and email land in the same inbox as calls, so one employee sees a customer's whole history in one place. - **An Arabic knowledge base built from your own documents.** PDF and Word files including scans, through true Arabic OCR with correct letter shaping, plus question-and-answer pairs, links, snippets and working hours — indexed by meaning rather than keyword. - **An agent builder with no code.** Sector templates, personality controls, AI-generated Najdi-Arabic persona prompts, a test chat, saved scenario tests, and deliberate draft-to-publish with version history and a diff of what changes. - **Visual workflow automation** and a **dashboard** with the call log, transcripts, recordings, AI summaries, sentiment, star ratings and tags, a customer timeline, and a reservations calendar the team actually manages. - **A public read-only API** with scoped keys. ## Dialects and languages Shipped voices: male and female — **Najdi** and **Hijazi** Saudi dialects, plus **Levantine** and **English**. Saut Najdi does not advertise dialects it has not shipped. You can also add your own brand voice by cloning a specific person: a sample of at least 60 seconds plus a recorded consent attestation naming the speaker, then assign it to your agent like any other voice. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — further use stops immediately. The source sample has a separate retention period; ask our team for deletion details before uploading it. Availability depends on your plan. Cloning reproduces that person's voice; it does not add a new conversational dialect. ## Data, storage and PDPL Designed to comply with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — data stored in the Gulf region, with full disclosure of where processing happens. Stated precisely, because the precision is the compliance posture: - Permanent storage: Cloud SQL PostgreSQL in the **Gulf region (Doha, me-central1)** on Google Cloud, reachable over private networking only, with backups and point-in-time restore. - Call recordings: same region, openable only through short-lived signed links. Plan retention terms are **90 days for Essential, 180 days for Growth, 365 days for Expansion, and by contract for Enterprise**. The applicable recording-retention period and deletion arrangements are confirmed at activation; these terms do not assert that an existing account has already been migrated. - Processing disclosure: realtime speech and AI processing — speech to text, language understanding, voice generation — **transits global providers**, and knowledge-base document OCR runs on a **European endpoint**. Saut Najdi does **not** claim that all data and all processing stay inside Saudi Arabia; disclosing cross-border transfer is what the law asks for. - An **append-only audit log** enforced by the database itself: no row can be edited or deleted, not even by an administrator. - Roles and permissions per employee, tenant isolation enforced at the database level, and audited platform-support access. - Full detail: https://sautnajdi.ai/en/security. Processing locations and processor categories are disclosed in https://sautnajdi.ai/en/privacy. ## What Saut Najdi does not do Stated plainly so nobody has to guess, and so nothing here is inferred from silence: - No automatic dialling. Outbound calls ARE supported — your team starts one from the dashboard and the AI agent holds the conversation — but nothing dials a list on its own, and there are no automated calling campaigns. - No Saudi phone number you can ring to try it. Number activation runs through Saudi telecom regulatory steps, so access to the 14-day trial begins with a booked demo. - No self-signup or instant checkout. The team onboards each customer after a booked demo and provides a written offer for tailored setup and any usage beyond the monthly shared credit pool. - No published accuracy, satisfaction, response-time or cost-saving statistics, and no customer names, logos, testimonials or case studies — none have been measured in a defensible way or consented to. - Saut Najdi does not discharge any legal Saudization obligation for customer-service roles. The authority on those requirements is Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. What the product does is absorb repetitive routine calls so a business's own employees are free for the conversations that need a person. ## Pricing Public monthly base prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and exclude 15% VAT, which is added on the tax invoice after the demo and written offer. Voice and billable text usage draw from one monthly credit pool: 1 AI call minute uses 10 credits and 1 billable 24-hour text conversation uses 4 credits. The single-use equivalents below are alternatives, not two separate allowances. A call minute's 10 credits cover speech-to-text transcription, AI replies and summary processing when generated; none consumes a separate customer credit unit. - Essential / أساسي — SAR 990 per month; 9,000 shared credits; up to 900 whole AI call minutes or 2,250 billable text conversations if the whole pool is spent on one usage type. In-plan value: SAR 1.10 per AI call minute or SAR 0.44 per billable 24-hour text conversation. After the pool runs out: SAR 1.21 per AI call minute or SAR 0.484 per conversation. - Growth / نمو — SAR 2,900 per month; 29,000 shared credits; up to 2,900 whole AI call minutes or 7,250 billable text conversations if the whole pool is spent on one usage type. In-plan value: SAR 1.00 per AI call minute or SAR 0.40 per billable 24-hour text conversation. After the pool runs out: SAR 1.10 per AI call minute or SAR 0.440 per conversation. - Expansion / توسّع — SAR 6,900 per month; 76,666 shared credits; up to 7,666 whole AI call minutes or 19,166 billable text conversations if the whole pool is spent on one usage type. In-plan value: approximately SAR 0.90 per AI call minute or SAR 0.36 per billable 24-hour text conversation. After the pool runs out: SAR 0.99 per AI call minute or SAR 0.396 per conversation. - Enterprise / مؤسسات — by contract; price, credit allowance and usage rates are agreed in the contract. Voice cloning on Growth and Expansion uses 2 shared credits per newly created cloned voice. Enterprise voice-cloning terms and rates are agreed in the contract. Expansion’s effective credit value is approximately SAR 0.09 because the monthly pool is rounded to 76,666 credits. A 14-day trial provides 5,000 shared credits, with hard caps of 400 AI call minutes and 250 billable text conversations. Start by booking a demo; there is no instant self-signup. Plan fees are billed monthly in advance. After the monthly pool is exhausted, additional AI call minutes and billable text conversations are charged at the plan-specific extra-usage rates above (10% above the in-plan reference rates) and billed after the month ends on the next invoice. A prepaid usage balance starts at SAR 250 and is valid for 12 months from payment; an unexpired remainder is refunded when the subscription ends, after the final invoice and charges are settled. Tailored setup fees are explained after the demo and confirmed in the written offer. See https://sautnajdi.ai/en/pricing for usage details. A business account administrator may request cancellation in writing at billing@sautnajdi.ai; it takes effect at the end of the month in which the request arrives. The first invoice is refunded in full, including VAT, if cancellation is requested within 7 days after the subscription starts and no call or conversation has been answered through that business account. One-time setup fees are not refunded after work on them has started. A 15-minute quick call is available first for questions. Bookings run through Cal.com. ## Answers to common questions **What is Saut Najdi?** Saut Najdi is a Saudi AI voice agent that answers your customers' calls in the dialect they understand, acts on what they need — books, answers, records — and hands the call to your human employee with full context whenever a human should take it. **Does it really understand Saudi dialects?** Saut Najdi is built on Saudi dialects from the ground up: it hears everyday Saudi phrasing correctly and answers in male and female voices: Najdi, Hijazi, Levantine and English. **What is the difference between an IVR and an AI voice agent?** Saut Najdi is a voice agent that talks to your customer in ordinary language rather than a "press 1" menu: the caller simply says what they want, the agent works out the intent and books it there and then, and the caller can interrupt mid-sentence the way they would with a person — where a traditional IVR gives fixed options the caller has to navigate. **When does a call go to a human?** A Saut Najdi call goes to your employee immediately when the customer asks for a human, sounds upset, or repeats a question that isn't getting resolved — and you set the escalation rules. Your employee takes over with the full transcript, a summary, and the customer's history. **Can I listen to a live call and take it over?** In the Saut Najdi dashboard your team can watch calls as they happen, listen to any of them, coach the agent with a whisper the caller never hears, or take the call over in one click. **Can the caller interrupt the agent?** The Saut Najdi agent stops instantly and listens when a caller talks over it mid-sentence, exactly as a person would. And when it reads out a booking code it reads it digit by digit so the caller can write it down without asking for a repeat. **Does it remember a caller who rings again?** Saut Najdi keeps cross-call memory per business: a returning caller is greeted by name, and their previous bookings and preferences are in front of the agent — and in front of your employee if the call is handed over. **Can I bring calls and text channels into one place?** Saut Najdi brings calls, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, website chat, SMS and email into a single team inbox, so an employee sees the customer's conversations in one place and can step in when needed. **Where is my call data stored?** Saut Najdi stores your data in the Gulf region (Doha) on Google Cloud. Recording-retention terms are 90 days for Essential, 180 days for Growth, 365 days for Expansion, and by contract for Enterprise, confirmed with deletion arrangements at activation. These are recording terms, not one retention period for all customer data. The privacy policy discloses where speech and AI processing happen. **Is Saut Najdi PDPL compliant?** Saut Najdi is designed to comply with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law — your data stored in the Gulf region with full disclosure of where processing happens, an append-only audit log, and defined roles for every employee. It is not certified, and it does not claim that all processing happens inside Saudi Arabia. **Does an AI voice agent satisfy Saudization requirements for customer-service roles?** Saut Najdi does not replace any legal Saudization obligation for customer-service occupations — the authority on those requirements is the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, not us. What Saut Najdi does is absorb the repetitive routine calls so your own team is free for the conversations that need a person; the employee who takes over is your employee, under your rules. **Do you do outbound calls?** Yes. Your team places an outbound call from the dashboard — pick a customer or type a number, choose a published agent — and the AI agent handles the conversation, recorded, transcribed and summarised like any other call. A person starts every outbound call; there is no auto-dialling through a list and no automated campaigns. **Is there a Saudi number I can call to try it?** Saut Najdi doesn't publish a Saudi trial number today, because number activation runs through Saudi telecom regulatory steps and we won't promise a date we don't control. Start with the intro demo: the agent runs live and you hear it in your dialect. The 14-day trial then provides 5,000 shared credits, capped at 400 AI call minutes and 250 billable text conversations. **How much does an AI voice agent cost in Saudi Arabia?** Public monthly base plans start at SAR 990 for 9,000 shared credits (Essential), SAR 2,900 for 29,000 (Growth), and SAR 6,900 for 76,666 (Expansion), excluding VAT. One AI call minute uses 10 credits; one billable 24-hour text conversation uses 4 credits. Enterprise is by contract. See https://sautnajdi.ai/en/pricing for the plan comparison. Tailored setup fees and any additional usage are addressed in the written offer after a demo. **Does it fit my business?** Saut Najdi ships ready-made templates for clinics and hospitals, restaurants, hotels, real estate and retail — and if your business is something else, the team configures your agent around how you work. **How do I start?** You start with Saut Najdi by booking an intro demo — the team sets everything up for you: the agent, the knowledge base, and the escalation rules. There is no self-signup. ## Key pages — English - [Home](https://sautnajdi.ai/en): what Saut Najdi is, the problem it solves, and the hybrid model - [How it works](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/how-it-works): one call's journey in seven steps, from first ring to the dashboard log - [Human handoff](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/product/human-handoff): escalation rules, live listen/whisper/take-over, inherited context, after-hours callbacks - [Security & data](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/security): PDPL alignment, storage region, the processing disclosure, audit log, access control - [FAQ](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/faq): the full question set, grouped - [Plans and pricing](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/pricing): monthly shared credits, usage calculations and plan details - [Book a demo](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/demo): 30-minute intro demo and tailored written setup offer - [Contact](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/contact): email and a 15-minute quick call - [About](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/about): who builds it, why hybrid, and what we refuse to claim - [Refund & Cancellation Policy](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/refund-policy) - [Privacy policy](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/privacy): collection, storage, processors, retention, data-subject rights - [Terms of service](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/terms) - [Data processing agreement](https://sautnajdi.ai/en/dpa): the summary DPA procurement teams ask for by name ## Key pages — Arabic (primary) - [الرئيسية](https://sautnajdi.ai/) - [كيف يشتغل](https://sautnajdi.ai/how-it-works) - [التصعيد للموظف البشري](https://sautnajdi.ai/product/human-handoff) - [الأمان والبيانات](https://sautnajdi.ai/security) - [الأسئلة الشائعة](https://sautnajdi.ai/faq) - [الأسعار](https://sautnajdi.ai/pricing) - [احجز عرضاً](https://sautnajdi.ai/demo) - [تواصل معنا](https://sautnajdi.ai/contact) - [من نحن](https://sautnajdi.ai/about) - [سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء](https://sautnajdi.ai/refund-policy) - [سياسة الخصوصية](https://sautnajdi.ai/privacy) - [شروط الخدمة](https://sautnajdi.ai/terms) - [اتفاقية معالجة البيانات](https://sautnajdi.ai/dpa) ## Blog Explanatory writing aimed at buyers evaluating a solution.
